At its core, IVball exists to create access and opportunity. While many participants eventually reach a point where they can support their own travel, the organization continues to prioritize fundraising to help others who were once in the same position.

The mission of IVball is rooted in fostering teamwork, appreciation, loyalty, and a strong work ethic, while preserving and sharing the history and culture of NACIVT. It was built through the collective effort of teammates who showed trust, selflessness, and commitment to one another.
